Objective of the Charter

The commitments of the signatories of the Charter

The members (decision-makers of the private or public enterprises, the liberal occupations, as well as to the personalities of the cultural and political world), guarantee that they practice their activity as policy makers, with full power to decide and act on behalf of their own business or enterprise.

 Ensure the role of ‘Council’ educating members who wish, on the economic, social, legal, tax and regulatory items concerning the establishment, development and the sustainability of their business in France or at international level.

 Promote any initiative for the strengthening of links between members.

 Sustaining this approach. For this, the signer will strive to sustain this momentum by participating in events organized by "Le Cercle" to unite its members.
